Health and safety issues were mentioned to members. They were shown where the fire exits were and also asked to make sure all mobile phones were switched off and not just put on silent. They do affect our microphone system and PA system.

Chair then welcomed Janice Kirk to the Club as our Demonstrator for the evening. Janice had been to the Club on many occasions. The last was in 2016. Members were asked to give Janice a very warm welcome. Her title was ‘Welcome to my World of Colour’

Vote of thanks: Sandra Woodhouse. Janice had produced several very different colourful arrangements and described her many journeys and how the arrangements reminded her of her visits.

Members were thanked for attending tonight and reminded that our next meeting on the 18th November is our Guest evening with our Lord Mayor. Eileen Barraclough would be our demonstrator. Guest Tickets for the evening had not been produced but members were encouraged to bring any guests with them at a cost of £6 each. As always with Eileen, we will be in for an evening of laughs and some different arrangements.
