For our guest evening on 18 May 2015 we were delighted to welcome Craig Bullock with his title ‘Inspired by Nature’.  Our patron the Lady Mayoress Mrs Elizabeth Sharp attended the meeting as her last civic appointment and gave the vote of thanks.  A cheque for £100 was handed to Mrs Sharp for the Lord Mayor’s Appeal. Due to ill health Nigel Harrison was unable to present his talk on the ‘Secrets of Chelsea’ to members. At very short notice three Club members stepped in to save the day providing the meeting with five wonderful demonstrations and a great deal of laughter. We were entertained by Jan Faulkner with a splendid demonstration of “Christmas Sparkle”.  After the meeting everyone joined in our ‘Christmas Fuddle’.  Our festive table groaned with donations of goodies and we all enjoyed a good start to our Christmas celebrations.  Members dressed the part and Mrs Jean Winder won the competition for best dressed member.
