At our meeting on 15 November 2010 our demonstrator was Andrew Grisewood who gave us an entertaining evening of “Festive Magic”. Indeed, the glitter and vibrant colours were an amazing start to our Christmas festivities. Due to ill health Nigel Harrison was unable to present his talk on the ‘Secrets of Chelsea’ to members. At very short notice three Club members stepped in to save the day providing the meeting with five wonderful demonstrations and a great deal of laughter. We were entertained by Jan Faulkner with a splendid demonstration of “Christmas Sparkle”. After the meeting everyone joined in our ‘Christmas Fuddle’. Our festive table groaned with donations of goodies and we all enjoyed a good start to our Christmas celebrations. Members dressed the part and Mrs Jean Winder won the competition for best dressed member.
